INDICATIONS
Zithromax is employed for treating mild to moderate infections a result of certain bacteria. It may also be used alone or with other medicines to help remedy or prevent certain infections in persons with advanced HIV infection. Zithromax is a macrolide antibiotic. It slows the development of, or sometimes kills, sensitive bacteria by reducing producing important proteins essential for bacteria to outlive.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Zithromax as directed through your doctor.

STORAGE
Store Zithromax below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C). Store from heat, moisture, and light-weight. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Zithromax out of your reach of children and away from pets.

All medicines could cause unwanted side effects, however, many people have no, or minor, unwanted side effects.
Check with your doctor if some of these most typical unwanted effects persist or become bothersome:
Diarrhea; headache; loose stools; nausea; stomach pain; upset stomach; vomiting.
Seek medical assistance immediately if any of these severe unwanted side effects occur:
Severe hypersensitive reactions (rash; hives; itching; breathlessness; tightness inside chest; swelling from the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; unusual hoarseness); bloody stools; modifications in hearing or hearing difficulties; chest pain; eye or vision problems; irregular heartbeat; muscle weakness; pounding in the chest; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; ringing inside the ears; seizure; severe diarrhea; stomach cramps/pain; trouble speaking or swallowing; yellowing in the skin or eyes.
