INDICATIONS
Skelaxin (metaxalone) is indicated as an adjunct to relax, physical rehabilitation, and other measures to the relief of discomforts connected with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take Skelaxin just as prescribed through your doctor.
The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years is but one 800 mg tablet 3 to 4 times per day.

STORAGE
Store Skelaxin at Controlled Room Temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Keep Skelaxin out of the reach of children.F and 86

Active Ingredient: Metaxalone
The most frequent reactions to metaxalone include:
CNS: drowsiness, dizziness, headache, and nervousness or "irritability";
Digestive: nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal upset.
Other effects are:
Immune System: hypersensitivity reaction, rash with or without pruritus;
Hematologic: leukopenia; hemolytic anemia;
Hepatobiliary: jaundice.
Though rare, anaphylactoid reactions are actually reported with metaxalone.
