INDICATIONS
Augmentin is employed for treating infections caused by certain bacteria. Augmentin is a penicillin antibiotic. It works by killing sensitive bacteria.

STORAGE
Store Augmentin at or below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Store far from heat, moisture, and lightweight. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Augmentin out from the reach of kids and far from pets.

Active Ingredient: Amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium.
All medicines could potentially cause side effects, but some folks have no, or minor, unwanted side effects.
Check with your doctor if all of these most frequent side effects persist or become bothersome:
Diarrhea; nausea; vomiting.
Seek medical attention without delay if some of these severe negative effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness within the chest; swelling from the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bloody stools; confusion; dark urine; fever, chills, or persistent sore throat; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; seizures; severe diarrhea; stomach pain or cramps; unusual bruising or bleeding; vaginal discharge or irritation; yellowing from the skin or eyes.
