Do not take a dose of the drug if you don't have the time for the full night's sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours. Before using medicines, tell a medical expert or pharmacist your track record, especially of: kidney disease, liver disease, mental/mood problems (for example depression, thoughts of suicide), personal or genealogy and family history of a substance use disorder (such as overuse of or dependence on drugs/alcohol), personal or genealogy of sleepwalking, lung/breathing problems (like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD, anti snoring), a certain muscle disease (myasthenia gravis).
The effects with this drug lasts even when you wake up the very next day. If you did not get 7 to 8 hours of sleep or took other medications that made you sleepy or tend to be more sensitive to the drug, you might feel alert but not concentrate enough to drive.
