INDICATIONS
Acivir is indicated for that management of herpes simplex virus infections of the skin and mucous membrane, including:
- After bone marrow transplantation;
- Herpes zoster (shingles) infections;
- Initial and recurrent genital herpes suppression of recurrent Herpes simplex infections in immuno-competent patients;
- Management of severely immunocompromised;
- Namely those that have HIV disease;
- Prophylaxis of Herpes simplex infection in immunocompromised patients;
- Varicella infections (chickenpox).
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Acivir as directed from your doctor.

STORAGE
Store Acivir at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store faraway from heat, moisture, and light-weight. Do not store inside the bathroom. Keep Acivir out with the reach of youngsters and far from pets.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; lack of breath; tightness in the chest; swelling in the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); aggressive behavior; blood within the urine; confusion; decreased consciousness; decreased urination; hallucinations; lower back pain; mental or mood changes; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; seizures; unusual bruising or bleeding.
